Dear Mr. Morgan:
This is just a note to acknowledge receipt of your letter of August 15 explaining the conditions confronting Koinonia Farm.
You can be assured that I will do everything possible to assist Koinonia Farm in the crisis that it is now confronting. I have always been deeply sympathetic with the noble work that is being done there. Just two nights ago, Howard Johnson, a resident of Koinonia, was our house guest. I was deeply moved as he unfolded to us the seriousness of the situation.
Thanks for your interest in Koinonia. I will be more than happy to comply with your request.
Cordially yours,
M. L. King, Jr.,
President
