Dear Dr. Watson:

Your letter of November 19, 1953 was received and I was very happy to hear from you.

After carefully checking my schedule, I find that I will be in Atlanta on or before December 24, remaining through January 20, 1954. I will be available for a visit to the First Baptist Church in Chattanooga on the 1st or 3rd Sunday in January.

I want to express my highest appreciation to you for submitting my name to the Pulpit Committee for consideration.

Coretta and I are fine. My work is progressing very well. Please extend my best regards to Mrs. Watson and little Melvin.

Sincerely yours,
M. L. King, Jr.

P. S. You may contact me at the above address until December 18. After this date, contact me at 193 Boulevard, N.E., Atlanta, Ga.
