Dear Mr. Brooks:

Your letter of November 16, 1953 was forwarded to me by my parents. After carefully checking my schedule, I find that I will be in Atlanta on or before December 24, remaining through January 20, 1954. I will be available to serve you on the 2nd or 3rd Sunday in January, preferably the 2nd Sunday.

Certainly I wish to express my appreciation to you for your kind consideration.

Please extend my regards to your family.
